…or how about that time when all your relationships were just humming beautifully, positive & pleasant interactions with people were a standard feature that ruled each day, you were meeting new people and discovering new capacities, resources and landscapes within yourself,…
…you were surrounded by productive, uplifting and creative personalities who sought out ways to intelligently birth their creations out into the world, via effective & potent mediums, infused with the sincere intent of creating positive value for as many people as they could, sharing their crafted offerings in a joyful and empowering way, bathing in this mix of energised people fed your own desire for bringing forth valuable and sincere messaging, you were strong and clear in purpose, and it showed in your stride & in the fruit you brought forth…
…or that time the body was in good shape, you were able to walk, run, cycle and swim your way into new arenas of adventure, mountain sky and forest would fill the visual experience as you gleefully moved through, over, around and under the oncoming environment, hearing the calls of the birds and the wind through the leaves, the “aliveness” you experienced was electric, lightning in your body-bottle,…
Mental transference is the art of shifting your awareness into another place, state, or object—intentionally and with full presence. It's not just remembering—it’s reliving, re-experiencing, and entering into the energetic shape of that experience or environment.
First encounters will often be more intense than following revisits.
Think about how you get used to something over time.
All you need to do is sit and pay attention to it until you equalise with it.
The sweet spot.
The goal is to arrive at a kind of “Energised Contentment”…if you will.
Alert and Still
Idling deeply, nicely
Focus on:
- an area of life (health, wealth, relationships…)
- in a period of time (young, medium, old..)
- that was good (positive, energised, harmonised..)
Make sure you are aiming for Pleasant and Positive.
Use the above paragraphs (or reflect back) to help transport yourself back in time to a situation where the “good vibes” were plenty and thick.
Close your eyes & mouth, rest your tongue on the roof of your mouth just behind the back teeth and breathe into that memory.
Those vibes that light you up, or bring you peace or fill your cup or…..or..
Breathe it in more fully.
Saturate yourself with the growing feeling.
Breathe INTO the delightfully positive and helpful experience.
Feel the detected frequency of fulfilment, joy, contentment, love, empowerment, focus, passion, creative impulse wash throughout you, and touch the outer extremities of your awareness.
Explore how you can yoke or seize this feeling and guide it around your body-shell with your breath.
When you inhale through the nose, you can follow the path of the breath with your awareness, and pay closer attention to the curious sensations that arise as the breath moves up, over and down the path towards the area of the throat and mouth.
Slow down the travel speed of the breath-following exercise for a more detailed exploration. Look for the micro responses as the breath hits certain areas of the internal passage.
You are looking for a moment where a bunch of things line up and CLICK into place, revealing a noticeable, interesting and greatly functional capacity (that you might even remember…)
First, observe how the inhaled nose-Breath interacts with the Path of the Breath (interior passage of travel, from nostril to throat-region).
Sensations will arise as the Breath contacts certain Points along the way.
Follow the Breath from nostril to throat, and back again on the exhale.
Trace the passage of the Breath with your Awareness as it makes its journey.
## The goal is to get intimately familiar with how the perceived “packet” of breath/air causes noticeable events to occur as it makes contact with specific locations along the interior walls/points of the nasal passage.##Secondly, observe, as the Breath moves Up, hits the peak of height in the nasal passage and then Over and Down the passage towards the throat region and back again. The mixture of running these tasks simultaneously, reveals access to a
“Frequency Detector”.
Similar to the Colour Matcher/Picker/Grabber Tool on your computer word processing, paint or graphic design etc software.
You click the little dropper and a magnifying glass comes up, you find the pixel with the colour you want to copy, and you click again to make it available for use and recall later.

Overview
Detect the Quality, Frequency or Flavour of the experience by entering into it, via a vividly recallable aspect of it, that is Positive.
…the feeling of joy as you saw the newborn, the feeling of contentment as you make the final payment on a loan, the energised aliveness as you make your way back out through the crisp battering surf, to ride it back in again…Yoking and Guiding the experienced sensation around the inside of the body shell, liberally painting the inner walls with the feeling to completely submerge yourself in it. Noticing how it experienced and gains traction in certain areas and begins to flourish and expand.
This is not a retreat from reality—it’s a training of the will and imagination to access inner states on command.
PRACTICE: MENTAL TRANSFERENCE INTO A POSITIVE MEMORY
Select a Memory – Choose a Positive peak state (health, joy, creativity, etc.)
Posture & Breath – Sit upright, tongue on roof of mouth, inhale through nose, exhale through nose
Enter the Scene – See, hear, feel the memory vividly—fully immerse yourself in it
Breathe into the Feeling – Let the feeling expand with the breath and soak in it
Guide the Energy – Move the feeling with awareness around the inner body
Locate Click Points – Notice any “sweet spots” or body-zones where the feeling grows
Enjoy The Experience - Make mental notes for journalling afterwards
Journal The Experience – Record what happened in your journal. Use descriptive language to create unique identifiers for later recall. Words can act like an address to revisit the experience.
Flush Out The Surplus -
Wash hands and let the water pull it out.
Pore-breathe to empty.
Go for a walk and let it diffuse a little.
As with most practices and operations, it is usually a good idea to return to where you started.
Move back to the origin point.
The reality is that this exercise into the Positive will leave residual “Good Vibes”.
Even when you attempt to empty it out, there will usually be a remaining elevated state.
This is perfectly fine, the surplus has been intentionally evacuated and what remains is for you to enjoy and explore the value it brings.
Make a list of Positive memories.
They are like a menu of feeling states to visit that can be very handy in certain situations.
